The "Private Jayakarta-Holiday Apartments" are privately owned and managed by their individual owners.
So, there are different 1- and 2-bedroom Apartments with or without connecting door of different standards (and this reflects in the different "price-range").
All of them are nice (some are a "bit nicer") and most of them are in the same Jayakarta-Residence Building Blok "A" and the Location is just great!

The 4 star Jayakarta Hotel is set amongst 11 acres of tropical gardens, right on the beachfront just a short walk to Legian’s famous shopping strip, finest restaurants and nightlife. Access to the beach is a short stroll through the Jayakarta gardens. There you can have a sundowner & enjoy the sunset direct at the beach.

The Apartments are located at the Jayakarta-Residence which have their own 24 hour reception. This Standard-Apartment has a Living Room with AC, Fan, Radio/CD-Player and a (complete) kitchenset with a small stove, sink, fridge, microwave, hotwater maker and a drinking water spender.

In the bedroom you will find a nice, large double-bed or twin-bed and a sideboard with Cable-TV. From there (and from the corridor) you come to the Bathroom with bathtube & shower-facility. The Balcony is in front of the Bedroom where you can have your breakfast while overlooking the Bali-Life downstairs.

Enjoy all Jayakarta Hotel facilities including pools, gym and more!
(and don’t worry about problems with AC or kitchen or bathrooms! We are not the Hotel-Management and our Crew will solve the problems (if any!) in No time!!

Legian/Seminyak is next to Kuta and easily accessible by free shuttle-bus, taxi or on foot. You will find many Restaurants, Bars &, Shops.

Of course we can help you to rent a car or a motorbike and we are there if you need any further assistance!

Starting from the Jayakarta you can do many tours to explore "the Island of the God’s" and you are "back home" in the evening .
We will also help to organize special acitivties like Rafting, trekking, cycling and (the real great) Sailing- and Yacht-Cruises.

The Hotel Jayakarta in Legian is located direct at the beach, separated just with a small street without any traffic. You could use all Hotel Jayakarta facilities including 3 swimming pools, children’s pool and 4 restaurants and bars.
Please note that the Hotel now charge for use of their pool towels. We will provide you with a pool towel upon arrival.
